Water & soft drinks bottling plant with in-house CO2 production
RGS operates a bottling plant for water and soft drinks, strategically located in the picturesque area of Gurué near a pristine natural spring water source. The plant consists of multiple production lines with a combined capacity of 4.25 million bottles per month. It is equipped with an in-house carbon dioxide (CO2) plant and features a fully integrated process from PET granules to preform, and blowing to final bottle shape.
While currently focusing on the production of water and soft drinks, RGS has plans to expand its offerings to include natural juices and energy drinks. Additionally, the group is actively working on renovating a small hydropower plant that will serve as the sole energy source for the factory, ensuring 100% renewable energy consumption.
