Production of our own candy, plastic goods & steel products
Plastic Goods: At RGS, we have our own production facilities for plastic goods, including jerricans and buckets used for edible oil packaging. We utilize blow moulding technology with 12 equipment units for high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and injection technology with 5 equipment units for Polypropylene (PP). Additionally, we produce plastic chairs using a dedicated equipment unit. Depending on the mould design, we can also manufacture other plastic items. Our production capacity for HDPE and PP is currently 250 metric tons per month, providing ample capacity beyond our oil filling requirements.
Candies: RGS has the capability to produce candies with a monthly capacity of 624 metric tons.
Corrugated Steel: To meet demand, RGS operates two production lines specifically for cutting and pressing cold rolled coil (CRC) to manufacture corrugated steel. These lines have a monthly capacity of 1,500 metric tons.
